It is the responsibility of the client to read and understand the terms and conditions of the booking. A booking is secure once a non-refundable deposit of £150 has been paid

We are based in the Wells, Somerset. But l work extensively in and around Somerset & Dorset
In order to secure a booking, a minimum spend is required consisting of the Bride plus 3 further guests/bridal party.
The deposit value will be deducted from the final balance, which is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Travel is charged at 45 pence per mile, plus a £10 per 30 minute rate. Any venue/destination that is over 2hrs travel time will require overnight accommodation the night before. Any further charges incurred such as parking/congestion fees will be applied to the final balance or invoiced after the wedding date
Trials are held at Jay Chapman Salon, in Wells Somerset
By securing a booking you are giving consent to any photos/videos being used on either the Jay Chapman website or social media channels. This can include the use of images taken by a professional photographer. If you would prefer for this not to be used, please confirm at the time of booking
Do not add any other bridal party/person on the wedding day. Times are worked out specifically for you, and the bridal party that have already made the booking in advanced.
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your booking, once the deposit has been paid, a partial refund of £50 will be made if the cancellation is 12 weeks or more prior to the wedding date. If the cancellation is within 12 weeks of the wedding date, no refund is due
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will actively source an alternative makeup artist that we highly recommend and a full refund of any payments made will be returned to you.
